Submitting an enquiry on this website is a request for information only. It does not create a booking, reservation or any obligation to book. A package is confirmed only after mutual agreement, payment of any required advance and written confirmation from Trip Birbal.

Package options, pricing, hotels, transport and itineraries are suggested based on the details you provide. Final inclusions and pricing depend on travel dates, hotel category, transportation, group size and availability at the time of confirmation.

You agree to provide accurate information about your travel dates, group size and requirements. Trip Birbal is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details.

Hotels, transport, temples and other services are provided by third parties. Trip Birbal acts as a planner and facilitator and is not liable for the independent acts of these providers.
5. Changes & Cancellations
Any change or cancellation terms specific to a package will be shared with you before confirmation. Until a package is confirmed, no charge applies for making an enquiry.
